Rêve means “dream” in French — and for me, planning has always been about shaping possibility, not just policy.

I’m a French Canadian planner with a Bachelor’s in urban planning and a Master’s in engineering, specializing in urban infrastructure. After five years in Canada’s public and private sectors and two years in the United States, I noticed planning often became highly technical without being transformative. I realized I wasn’t helping in the way I wanted.

So I started Planning Rêve, a solo practice built on clarity, equity, and imagination. I provide zoning interpretation, plan review, and visual strategy to help you move forward with confidence. Whether you’re just beginning or deep in the process, I meet you where you are and help shape what’s next.
