About Planning Reve
Rêve means “dream” in French — and for me, planning has always been about shaping possibility, not just policy.
Planning has always been about more than regulations to me—it's about understanding what's possible.
With a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and a Master's in Engineering specializing in urban infrastructure, I've spent the past eight years working in both Canada and the United States across municipal government and private consulting. Reviewing development applications from the public side gave me a firsthand understanding of how projects move through the approval process, where they tend to stall, and what helps them succeed.
That experience inspired me to create Planning Rêve.
I wanted to build a practice that makes planning more accessible, collaborative, and strategic. Whether you're a property owner exploring an opportunity, a developer evaluating a site, or a design professional navigating local regulations, my goal is to help you understand your options before you invest significant time and resources.
I specialize in zoning analysis, entitlement strategy, development feasibility, plan review, and visual planning tools that turn complex regulations into clear direction. Every project receives direct, one-on-one attention, practical advice, and solutions tailored to your goals.
Planning doesn't have to feel overwhelming. My role is to help you navigate the process with confidence and make informed decisions from day one.
